Johannes Junker, studied theology and philosophy in Germany and dramatherapy in the Netherlands where he also completed his supervision and coach training. Besides his 21 years professional experience as a dramatherapist and head of department in a psychiatric and forensic clinic in Germany , he was for several years dean of studies for the part-time B.A. degree in music, art and dramatherapy.. In 2011 Johannes Junker was appointed professor and rector at the Hochschule für Kunsttherapie in Nürtingen, Germany. He has released numerous publications in Dutch, German and English on advancing the profession and on dramatherapy with specific indications. Sinds 2016 he is professor, senator and dean for dramatherapy at the university Nürtingen-Geislingen, Germany.
